Got to get out and fish on Friday and Saturday on the 114 acre pond that I live on. Friday the water temperature was between 52 - 56 degrees. I managed a couple of 2 - 2.5 pounders on a Texas rigged 5" Green Pumpkin Flapp'n Tail Worm, but not much else. I just finished watching the coverage of the 2008 Bassmaster Classic. I knew who won since it really ended yesterday, but I like to watch the highlights and hear Zona and Tommy Sanders babble. I thought the coverage this year was pretty good; they had a descent amount of fishing highlights and the interviews were at least entertaining. The only place I can say ESPN blew it was on the first day.

I have watched Ultimate Match Fishing since the beginning. While I am writing this I can see a few groups of ice fisherman on the lake that I live on.
